Co. Ltdoffers a wide range of frits.Besides the frits applied in normal production we offer special once, appropriate to meet any customer requirements.
BASIC FRITS
Basic frits are used for coating various steel products such as : sanitary ware, kitchen untensils and flat elements. Range of burning temperature is 820-850 C. In some cases the burning temperature of basic frit can be lowered to 780 C.
SPECIAL BASIC FRITS
The kind of frits is used to enamel laundry machines without etching. The burning temperature is within range of 820-840 C. The frits are resistant to liquid alkaline detergents.
TRANSPARENCY FRITS
Transparency frits are adapted to coloring, e. g. with selenium-cadmium pigment. The frit meets requirements for kitchen utensil production.
WHITE TITANIUM FRIT
Titanium frit used for small radiuses products. We offer also semi-mat frit of the same features as titanium one. These frits are used for coating kitchen utensils, sanitary equipment and flat elements.

BASIC ENAMEL
Basic enamel(prime or ground ones)are used to enamel various steel products. Wet enamel coat is put on steel by coating or spraying. then, it is dried in a tunnel or radiator drier of temperature of 820-840 C.
COVERING ENAMEL
Covering enamels consiting of semi-matt or white transparency frits are put on burned up layer of ground enamel. The enamel is put on by coating or spraying process. After drying it is burned up in the temperature lower 20 C than the temperature used for ground enamel, i.e. (800-829 C). We offer 60 different colors of which 10 has PZH certificate for contact with food. On special customer demand (min. amount of 20 kg) we can make enamel of any color.
CERAMIC PASTE
We offer ceramic pastes made of our own frits. The pastes are used to decorate enamel surfaces with sieve-print or hand painting. Ten basic colors are available with possibility to meet any customer demand.
